MedClearPortal is a physician-facing platform for managing Good Faith Exams (GFEs) across medspa clients. It gives medical directors who oversee 5–20+ NP/PA-owned medspas a single workflow for synchronous video exams, structured documentation, and defensible audit trails — built for the synchronous GFE mandates rolling out state by state.

Live in production with dozens of patients seen daily, zero medical board actions, and three clearance types (aesthetic, peptide, weight loss) consolidated into one workflow.

Technical Implementation

Marketing & Acquisition

Static Next.js 16 marketing site (App Router, Turbopack) paired with a separate client-acquisition dashboard backed by Supabase. Outbound sequences go out through Resend with Svix-verified webhooks feeding engagement state back into the lead database.

Clinical Platform

Physician dashboard with white-labeled booking links, structured intake, synchronous Daily.co video exams, and auto-generated clearance notes — every step timestamped and credentialed for downstream audit.

Multi-Clearance Architecture

Aesthetic, peptide, weight loss, and combined treatment plans flow through a single exam workflow, with clearance-type-specific intake logic and contraindication screening tailored to each modality.
